Herbal Company Gets Grant To Study Migraines

WOODBINE, Iowa -- A western Iowa company that makes herbal products was awarded a grant to study remedies for migraines.

Phyto-Technologies of Woodbine was awarded the second phase of a nearly $700,000 grant to study a perennial called feverfew, or Tanacetum parthenium.

The grant was awarded by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
